Point Richmond, the birthplace of Richmond, was first developed in the turn of the century. In the historical downtown area, you’ll find some grand ornate historical homes. These homes have an easy walk to downtown with it’s cafes, restaurants, pool and community playhouse.

Point Richmond is one of the only neighborhoods on San Francisco Bay that has waterfront housing – some with their own direct private beach access. All homes in Point Richmond have access to Keller Beach, one of the Bay’s few swimming beaches.

Many homes in Point Richmond face the waterfront and look out over Angel Island, San Francisco and Tiburon.
