How to Live in the Moment You know you’re living in the moment when: 1) You feel joy 2) Time disappears 3) Your intuition is strong 4) You’re centered in your body, not stuck in your head. If you haven’t experienced that in a while, this class is for you. By the end, you’ll have techniques that land you in the sweet spot of the Now – anytime, anywhere. Only in the present moment can happiness, power and peace be known, and your essential nature realized. Not by living the past, a quality of depression, or wishing for the future, a quality of anxiety. Every moment is a chance to be fully present to your life and yourself. Your own intuition, physicality, child-like curiosity and sense of play will guide you home.
